Product overview
This product is an electrical insulating impregnating resin that has good sales volume in the market.
It is a multi-purpose, economical solvent-free polyester resin, which has excellent storage tank stability and excellent performance.
Characteristics and advantages
- high flash point (above 200 degrees Fahrenheit) - can be used for sealing machine
• solvent resistant refrigerants (R123 & R134a)
It can be used for many purposes. It can be used for immersion and excellent storage tank stability.
Technology of vacuum, VPI, roll and drop leaching
• contained in the UL authentication system as high as 220 degrees Celsius. It has very low film thickness -- minimal cleaning.

Curing process
The following is the recommended immersion baking process: the recommended baking cycle.
In 1, 250 degrees Fahrenheit (-325 degrees Fahrenheit 121 DEG -163 DEG) under preheating to remove moisture; 1-2 hours @325 degrees F (163 C)
Note: if thermosetting tape is used, please proceed in advance according to the manufacturer's suggestion. 2-3 hours @300 degrees F (149 C)
* the time listed above is the time after reaching the set temperature.
2, cooling to 130 degrees Fahrenheit (-140 degrees Fahrenheit 54 DEG -60 DEG);
3, immerse until bubbling stop (about 15-30 minutes).
4, the dry for 5-20 minutes;
5, bake at recommended time and temperature in a preheated oven.
Vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI)
The following suggestions are commonly used for CC-1105 in VPI process.
In specific applications, adjustments can be made according to needs.
1, put the workpiece into the dipping tank, keep the dry vacuum for 1-4mmHg for 30-60 minutes, and protect the vacuum when the winding coil is formed.
Each layer of mica was calculated for 20 minutes.
2, in the vacuum condition, the resin is input into the dip tank. The best way is to inflow the resin from the bottom of the immersion tank, and the liquid level of the resin is not worked.
The piece is at least 1 inches (25.4mm).
3, to maintain a vacuum for 20-60 minutes;
4, release the vacuum, then apply the pressure of 80-90psi (0.55-0.62 MPa) and maintain for 30-120 minutes.
5, for the winding coils, the holding time is applied to each layer of mica tape for 15 minutes, and then the pressure is released.
6, slowly move out of the workpiece from resin, and recommend a speed of 4 inches per minute (101.6mm).
7, if the workpiece is suspended in suspension angle rather than horizontal, dry well;
8, curing according to the above recommended baking process.
Flexible coil application:
For the flexible forming winding at 235 degrees F (113 C) cured under 20 minutes.
* after the installation of the coil, the equipment should be impregnated and solidified as a whole to seal and reach the set bond strength.
Equipment recommendations and preventive measures
CC-1105 may react with Cu, Cu alloy and NR.
Therefore, it should not be used in the storage tank or the circulation system
Storage and shelf life
When stored at 70 degrees Fahrenheit (21 degrees Celsius) and temperature in sealed container,
