One component of low viscosity of Freon resistant epoxy resin (R134A)

Low VOC, low smell.

Suitable for motor and transformer from low pressure to medium pressure

It can be applied to any form of impregnation and V (P) I process equipment.

Product overview:

One component solvent-free epoxy resin.

Low viscosity epoxy resin is resistant to freon. After heat curing, it has H grade and durable high temperature resistance.

Application areas:

It is widely used in low pressure to medium pressure industrial sealed motor (stator or coil), as well as refrigeration compressor motor, air conditioner compressor motor, cold resistant medium and Freon. Excellent insulation and mechanical properties at high temperatures can also be applied to traction motors and transformers.

Operation process:

It is mainly used for atmospheric pressure or vacuum pressure impregnation process.

Because of its special reactivity, this product can also be used in any form of hot dipping process (atmospheric immersion, rolling or dip).

In the process of high temperature impregnation, the motor is preheated at 90 C before impregnation, and the gelation and curing process will be completed within 4-5 hours at 160 C (the test temperature on the copper wire).

The curing process depends on the setting of oven parameters, product size and design results.

Packing: 20 kilograms and 200 kilograms

Storage environment:

The period of validity is up to 12 months below 25 degrees, and the storage period is shortened due to high temperature.

It is recommended to keep dry, ventilated, cool and light storage under standard atmospheric pressure.
