Description:

Dolphon xl-2102 is a 100% solid polyester resin, mainly used for impregnation.

It is impregnated in open containers or in vacuum chambers.

Main features:

Included in the UL insulation system (130-220 C, E317429)

• excellent wetting property, good bonding strength, low baking curing process.

• very low odor, fast curing cycle, low viscosity.

Recommended use:

It is suitable for impregnating stator, rotor, traction coil, transformer, inductor and other equipment.

application

Dolphon xl-2102 can be applied in vacuum and atmospheric pressure impregnation. Suggestions for application in open tank or belt conveyor system:

1. The preheating unit is at 50-60 C (maximum);

2. Immersion resin 30-60 ";

3. 1 hour leakage;

4. Bake for 2 hours at 150 DEG C integrant, or 2 hours at 160 DEG C and 75 DEG C in 170

(time must be taken to the unit to arrive at the baking temperature).

Shelf life is 12 months, stored at a room temperature (maximum 30 degrees) in a cool place, to prevent direct sunlight, away from the heat source.
